By downloading or using Pawfect Edit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Pawfect Edit.
Pawfect Edit offers PawPass, a premium subscription that unlocks AI-powered editing features. The following terms apply to PawPass subscriptions:
Auto-Renewal: PawPass subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Managing Your Subscription: You can manage or cancel your PawPass subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change; any price change will be communicated in advance.

PawPass premium features use cloud AI services to process your photos. When you use AI-powered features, your photos may be sent to the following providers for processing:
We obtain your explicit consent before sending your photos to any cloud AI service for the first time. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's Settings. By using these premium features, you consent to processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of all photos you edit using Pawfect Edit. We do not claim any ownership rights over your photos or the edited results.
Pawfect Edit processes your photos solely to provide the editing service you request. Your photos are not used to train AI models — neither by Pawfect Edit nor by our cloud AI service providers.
Pawfect Edit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawfect Edit and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its features.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you of significant changes through the app.
Your continued use of Pawfect Edit after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the app.
